Topic 1
It is time to think about fall festival. We need to address who will coordinate the event.
Topic 2
The allocation and organization of the space in the sanctuary and fellowship hall. Some work is currently under way. This topic should also address routine cleaning and maintenance for each building.
Topic 3
The budget process starts today. It will be good if you have cost estimates for your proposals. These would be starting estimates or what we might call a “best guess”. This discussion will have two parts. One part of this discussion will focus on routine expenses that include utilities, taxes, supplies, insurance, routine maintenance, lawn mowing and so on. The other part of the discussion will focus on items that are “capital expenses”. These would include a new HVAC system, painting the outside of the church, and repairs to the bricks, gutters, and sanctuary walls. There may be more.
